From the first phone call when we spoke about relocating from NY to NC and needing to find an area and home that would be the right fit for us, to attending the closing with us on our new home, Jan went above and beyond to make this whole process as seamless and stress free as possible! She is extremely organized, efficient, patient and is always available — just a text or phone call away. She even checked on our house and took our mail in after closing because we were still up in NY for a couple months! Additionally, she is an amazing resource for anything we needed to help us get the house ready for move in (painters, landscapers, contractors) to the best local restaurants in the area!
